Ski Chalet LEASE AGREEMENT

 

 

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

 

1.     Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.  Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  For late check-out there will be added fees.

 

2.     Close all windows tightly whenever leaving the premises for any extended length of time and before departure on check-out.

 

3.     You are expected to leave premises clean and orderly.  Remove all food from the refrigerator.

 

4.     No pets allowed.

 

5.     Tenants are responsible for any damage inflicted upon the property during your stay, whether made by tenant, family or guests.

 

6.     Absolutely, Positively, NO SMOKING.

 

7.     There is not a house phone. Please use your cell phones.

 

8.     Please enjoy the condo spas, hot tubs, pools, etc. (use passcard by entrance door).

   

9. Driveways will be plowed if there are no cars in the way.

 

10. You are expected to keep the walk ways shoveled.

 

11. Heat must be turned DOWN in the winter and OFF in the summer when checking out. REMEMBER YOUR DEPOSIT!

 

12. Trash must be taken off the premises and disposed of properly. REMEMBER YOUR DEPOSIT! (Dumpster is across from Condo Office)

 

13. During the ski season there is a shuttle that runs from the condo office to the ski lodge.

 

 

 

WHAT TO BRING:

 

Your own pool towels and toiletries, bath towels, paper goods, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.

The following are supplied: Bedding, Sheets, Bath Towels, and Paper Supplies.



 

Information - rooms & beds:  Upper Unit- (Sleeps 6) 1st BR 1 Queen, 2nd BR Queen with private bath (handicapped accessible)

 

Lower Unit- (Sleeps 8) 1st BR 1 queen, 2nd BR 2bunks = 4 singles , LR-Futon

 

                                      

 

Before leaving…. Please Return Place to Original Condition, turn off all lights, lock all doors and windows.

 

RENTAL PERIOD:  Check-in to be after 4:00 p.m. ________________. 

      Check-out to be before 11:00 .m. ______________.


CLEANING FEE:
 $165.00 for whole house / $125.00 for partial

 

RENT:  $ ______.___.   50% of the total rent ($______.__) is required to hold reservations. The balance is due at lease 30 days prior to check in.


PAYMENT: Pay via VENMO@Paul-daley-6 or ZELLE

TAX: 6% PA TAX on Rent and Fees

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT:  There is a $500.00 deposit required 30 days prior to check-in.  This deposit is to cover any damage in excess of normal wear and tear.  The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of check-out less any repairs necessary.

 

CANCELLATION:  If for any reason you cancel within 45 days of check-in, 50% of your rent will be forfeited.  If for any reason you cancel within 10 days of check in, 100% of your rent will be forfeited, but your security deposit is refundable.
